Passing by Tom Hill Sr. blvd the other day and this RV caught my eye and decided to investigate a little.  Glad to see programs like this.

    These people are doing a GREAT service for all pet owners! In my humble opinion they deserve an award. In fact, the state of Georgia should find a way to recognize the service that these people are providing for the citizens of Georgia.
